What's better than celebrating a milestone birthday with a great group of friends? When those friends are some of the most creative and talented people you know, it's having them come up with their best ideas for a costume party. We recently celebrated Miss Mitsy Meringue's birthday at The Cellar in Ballard. Guests came in their wonderland attire to show off what they'd wear when down the rabbit hole.
